  • Net Banking: Secure payments through major Indian banks.
  • Wallets: We support payments through digital wallets linked to our payment partners.


Payment Gateway Partners: We have partnered with Razorpay and Zoho Payments to ensure a secure and smooth online payment experience.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes across India. Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and contact number for successful order fulfillment.


Order Processing & Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship your orders promptly while ensuring quality service.
Order Dispatch & Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of placement.
Orders placed after business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Partners: We have partnered with leading logistics providers, including Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Shiprocket, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

The tracking details will be shared with the customer via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
Shipping Locations & Delivery Timeline: We provide PAN-India Delivery covering urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.

Delivery timelines vary based on location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days.

Shipping Charges:
Standard shipping charges may apply based on the product, delivery location, and order value.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain value, as per ongoing promotions.

Order Tracking: Customers can track their orders through the tracking link provided via email/SMS.

In case of any delay or issues, our customer support team is available to assist.

Non-Delivery & Reattempts: If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, the courier partner will attempt delivery again.
If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the logistics provider to resolve the issue or provide a suitable resolution.
