01 Acceptance of Terms

Sirohi e-Store offers mobile phones, tablets, laptops, accessories, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, electronics, lifestyle products and other products displayed on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate.

• Actual product colour may vary depending on display settings.
• Product specifications may change due to manufacturer updates.
• Packaging may vary from the images displayed online.

04 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to a cart or wishlist does not guarantee availability until the order is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced, discontinued or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

05 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

06 Orders & Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

We may contact you for order verification, address confirmation, payment verification or other information required to process your order.

08 Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is handed over to the applicable courier or logistics partner, subject to our Cancellation & Return Policy.

Once an order has been handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may not be possible.

09 Shipping & Delivery

Sirohi e-Store provides delivery services across India, subject to product and location serviceability.

Orders may be delivered through third-party logistics and courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational, transportation, weather, regulatory or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10 Delivery Inspection & Unboxing

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please take photographs and contact us as soon as possible.

For mobile phones, laptops, tablets, televisions and other electronics, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the unopened package until the contents have been inspected.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details, IMEI, serial number or other information while investigating an eligible claim.

11 Returns, Replacement & Exchange

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the applicable product or promotional offer, Sirohi e-Store does not provide general change-of-mind exchange or return facilities.

Eligible defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product claims will be handled according to our applicable Cancellation & Return Policy.

12 Manufacturer Warranty

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty, brand warranty or seller warranty depending on the product.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, manufacturer warranty services are administered by the respective manufacturer or its authorised service centre.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions and service procedures may vary by product and brand.

13 IMEI & Serial Numbers

For applicable products, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other serialized products, IMEI numbers, serial numbers, batch numbers and other identifiers may be recorded for billing, inventory, warranty, fraud prevention and after-sales purposes.

Customers must not remove, alter, obscure or tamper with any IMEI, serial number, barcode, security seal or product identification label.

14 Promotions & Offers

From time to time, Sirohi e-Store may offer discounts, coupons, cashback, EMI offers, gifts, loyalty benefits or other promotional schemes.

• Promotions are subject to their individual terms.
• Offers are subject to product and stock availability.
• Coupons may have expiry dates and eligibility conditions.
• Promotional benefits cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
• Offers may be modified or withdrawn where permitted.

15 GST & Invoices

GST invoices will be issued where applicable in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.

Customers requesting a GST invoice must provide accurate and valid GSTIN and billing information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the GST information supplied by them is accurate.

16 User Accounts

Where account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms.
